Workshop with Luke Shepherd

“As always, I found it invaluable. Great to practice with such a good teacher as Luke and also with a friendly bunch of people. I feel like it has become a second tai chi home for me”.

The weekend will be taught to give all who come an in-depth appreciation. Taiji is a resource and method for being at one with oneself and one’s everyday world and the traditional training method reflects this approach.
The training will focus on Taiji Principles through the 5 Loosening Exercises, 37 Step Short Form and Push Hands.
The class is held with an atmosphere of mutual co-operation rather than martial competition.
Luke is a lineage based instructor and student of Patrick Kelly. He has been developing his own practice for over 37 years. He recently taught at Tai Chi Caledonia and continues to instruct at the highest level. His online taiji course ‘iChi’ is now complete and available.
